Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Normally an order will be ready within 7 business days. During peak holiday seasons processing times may extend to 14 business days for order to be completed.

 

Local Pick Up (Ottawa)

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for local Ottawa pick up.

 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post's standard delivery timeframes are 2- 7 business days, but delays should be expected at peak holiday seasons. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it is available.

All sweaters are unisex sizing, so they tend to be a little larger than regular women's sizes. As a general rule, if you'd like an oversized look I recommend going a size larger than what you would noramally wear. If you would like a standard fit, I recommend going with your usual women's size.
