Shipping Policy

Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Normally an order will be ready within 7 business days. During peak holiday seasons processing times may extend to 14 business days for order to be completed.

 

Local Pick Up (Ottawa) 

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for local Ottawa pick up.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post's standard delivery timeframes are 2- 7 business days, but delays should be expected at peak holiday seasons. Tracking information will be sent to the cusomters as soon as it is available 

Return & Exchange Policy

No returns or refunds. 

 

We do accept exchanges. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including scent - exchanges that are scented will not be accepted). It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds

Refund are not available, but we can exchange your order for different size in the same design.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receival. If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, send us an email at hello@snapshotapparel.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, please email hello@snapshotapparel.com for mailing address.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
